*Disclosure: I received The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook by Ashely Craft from Simon & Schuster’s Adams Media for an honest review. All opinions stated are my own. Please read my Discloser Policy for more information.

This week we would have been getting ready to head out to Disney World….but of course, 2020 stepped in. So you have to know that I was excited when I was asked to review The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook by Ashley Craft. If I cannot get to the parks, at least I can eat like I’m in the park.

Travel the Parks One Recipe at a Time

What I loved most about this cookbook is that each chapter is a different park or section of Disney. From the Hollywood Studios to Disney California Adventure. From Epcot’s Future World to Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, which is where I found the recipe for these delicious Pizza Spring Rolls.

These Pizza Spring Rolls were really easy to make, as most of the recipes in this cookbook are. Just a few steps and ingredients and we had a wonderful snack that my boys loved.

So if your family are big Disney fans like mine, grab your own copy of The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook by Ashley Craft here and get cooking!
