Air fryer spicy potato wedges are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

With the warm weather here, it’s time for grilling those burgers, brats, and hot dogs. But I always find that I am lacking inspiration for side dishes. I don’t want to heat the oven when it’s so hot, so that’s where my air fryer comes in.

A tasty and healthy way to indulge in potatoes using no oil. I love the use of paprika…one of my favorite spices. I don’t have an air fryer…yet! I’ve come across so many delicious recipes using air fryers and I need to get one. Adding this recipe to the list.
