Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes
Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes are savory, crunchy and the perfect side to burgers and hot dogs. Next time you want fried potatoes skip the traditional oil and pan and make these.

- 3 medium russet potatoes cleaned then sliced thinly
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp thyme leaf
Clean the potatoes. Slice them thinly using a knife or vegetable slicer.
In a bowl add cool water and place the sliced potatoes into it. Let them sit in the water for 30 minutes.
Drain the water then using a paper towel dry off the potatoes.
To the uncooked potatoes add the olive oil and seasonings. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
Place the potatoes into the basket of the air fryer. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees and set for 25 minutes. Push 'start.
Check the potatoes after 10 minutes and using a small spatula, flip the potatoes around. Slide the basket back in then perform the same action every 5 minutes for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and serve as desired. Enjoy!
