16 ounces hickory-smoked bacon 4 hamburger buns 1 beefsteak tomato sliced 8 iceberg lettuce leaves 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese 1/2 cup pepper jelly 1 teaspoon water

Layer the bacon on parchment lined pan. Bake at 400-degrees for 20 minutes.
Use whipped cream cheese on the bottom bun. Add jelly to a bowl with water. Heat for 40 seconds.
Spread bun with cream cheese, add lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Drizzle with jelly.
