Wing sauce sliders have crispy fried chicken, soft buns, buffalo, and garlic parmesan wing sauce. Top with blue cheese and celery sauce.

Ingredients

Chicken for Wing Sauce Sliders

  • 1 pound chicken breasts cut and tenderized
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 slider buns

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayo

Buffalo Wing Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

Blue Cheese & Celery Sauce

  • 3 stalks celery cleaned and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

Chicken for Wing Sauce Sliders

  • Add vegetable oil to a frying pan. Bring oil to a temperature that will 'fry' the chicken breasts.
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Dredge the chicken in flour so it is coated on all sides of the chicken. Test to see if oil is hot enough. If it is add chicken to the pan.
    1 pound chicken breasts, 1/2 cup flour
  • Cook 6-8 minutes on each side. Only turning once.
  • Remove from pan and let drain on paper towel.
  • Add the sauce coated chicken to the slider buns and serve with the sauce. Enjoy!

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • Mix all ingredients together in a covered bowl.
    2 garlic cloves, 1/4 teaspoon minced onion, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 tablespoon parmesan, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup mayo
  • Add cooked chicken to a bowl. Coat half of the chicken peices with the homemade sauce.

Buffalo Wing Sauce

  • Add sauce and cooked chicken to a bowl. Coat half of the chicken pieces with the sauce.

Blue Cheese & Celery Sauce

  • Chop your celery and mix with all other ingredients together.
    3 stalks celery, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon white sugar, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

Notes

Tips for making this recipe:

  • Thinning out the chicken with a mallet before frying brings the cooking time down and lets the breading fry more evenly.
  • To store: Add leftovers to a covered container and refrigerate. Eat within 3 days. To reheat, add to the oven or air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. If you don't like the bread crispy you can cover it in aluminum foil before baking in the oven.
