Spicy Meatball Sub Sandwich

This spicy meatball sub sandwich has Cajun seasoning added to the ground beef. Top with homemade relish and Cajun aioli.

Ingredients for meatball sandwich with Cajun aioli

1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup milk 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning Vinegar-Based Relish Spicy Mayo Sauce

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 30 minutes


Make the meatballs


Mix the meatball ingredients together and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Make the relish


Add the ingredients to a food processor and chop.

Make the aioli


Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Assemble and Serve


Add the relish to the bun then top with the meatballs and aioli. Top with jalapenos.
