One Pan Tortilla Chicken with Chunky Salsa

Ingredients for one pan cheesy salsa chicken

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 tablespoons oil 8 10 inch tortillas 1 small onion chopped, optional 16 ounces chunky salsa 2 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 cup ranch dressing 8 ounces Mexican blend shredded cheese 1 stalk green onions diced

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 20 minutes


Cut the Tortillas


Cut the stack of flour tortillas into 8 triangle slices.

Add the Ingredients to Skillet


Cook the chicken, add flour, broth, and ranch. Add tortillas and salsa on top.

Bake & Serve


Top with cheese, green onions, and bake. Serve with rice, salad, and sour cream.
