Meatballs with Balsamic Glaze

These meatballs with balsamic reduction go from pan to table in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients for a ground turkey meatballs with balsamic glaze

1 pound ground turkey 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon olive oil Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 2 tablespoons butter 1 small white onion chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 20 minutes

Make the meatballs

Form mixture into balls. Fry in oil for 5-6 minutes. Flip & cover, cook for 5-6 minutes more. Remove from pan.

Make the reduction

Sautee onions & garlic in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients & let thicken.

Glaze the meatballs

Add meatballs back into the pan and coat in the sauce.

Serve

Spoon meatballs over the top of mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
