Ground Beef & Olive Slider Sandwiches

These slider sandwiches are layered with a green olive and mayo spread, ground beef, and cheese. Bake and serve for an easy dinner.


1 package white slider buns 1 pounds lean ground beef 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 8 slices Muenster cheese 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sliced green olives with pimentos 1 teaspoon olive brine from the olive jar

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 25 minutes


Cook the ground beef


Brown the ground beef in skillet over medium heat with seasonings. Drain grease as needed.

Make the sauce


Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

Build the sandwiches


Grease a baking dish and layer the sliders with sauce, beef, and cheese.

Finish and bake


Pour melted butter over the top, cover, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.



Cut into individual sliders and eat immediately. Enjoy!
