Start by separating the biscuits into 8 sections.
Pat the biscuits to flatten a little bit.
Next, using a small shot glass to cut a circle in the center of the dough. Remove the circle and set it aside.
Now coat the bottom of the air fryer with a small amount of olive oil.
Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and fry the donuts for 3 minutes, take out the basket, and flip. Fry for another 3 minutes.
While the donuts are air frying, melt the butter in a shallow dish and add the coating ingredients to another bowl: sugar, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon.
As the donuts get done (you will cook these in batches of 4), take the donuts and dip both sides into the butter.
Place the buttered donuts into the coating, flip the donut and coat the other side.
Finally, add the donuts to a cooling rack.
Eat warm or let cool. Can be stored in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
