1/2cupblue cheese dressingdivided

Instructions
Cook the ground turkey until it is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain any grease,

Place the pan with the meat back onto the stove and add the garlic and butter. Cook until the butter has melted.

Turn off the heat.
Add the buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, and ranch dressing. Stir the sauce together with the ground turkey to combine.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the skin and pit. Add to a bowl and mash the avocado.

Dice a Roma tomato and add to the avocado in the bowl. Mix to combine.

Place the buffalo sloppy joe mixture to the bottom bun. Top with blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles. Add the avocado salad to the top bun. Enjoy!

Tips for making this recipe:
This recipe can be made with either ground turkey or chicken.
Make sure to turn the heat off to the pan BEFORE adding the buffalo sauce to avoid the spiciness from bothering the eyes.
To store: add the sloppy joe mixture and guacamole salad in 2 separate containers. Eat within 3 days. Reheat the meat in the microwave or on the stovetop. Leave the guacamole cold.
