This stovetop ham lasagna is a simple skillet recipe with diced ham, noodles, and a creamy swiss cheese sauce.
1 cup cooked ham diced 1 small white onion diced 2 tablespoon butter halved 2 cups chicken broth 6 ounces lasagna noodles broken 1 tablespoon cornstarch `1 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup shredded swiss cheese 1/2 cup shredded parmesan 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Sautee the ham and onion in butter. Cook the noodles in broth. Add the rest of the ingredients & let thicken.
Add breadcrumbs to melted butter, mix together and then add parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the top of pasta with the breadcrumb topping.
Add the pasta to a plate and serve immediately.
