5 medium/large potatoes cleaned and sliced into wedges 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon Spanish paprika
