The garlic butter scampi sauce will be used to brush the bread and as a topping.
Melt the oil, butter, and sauté garlic. Add shrimp, broth, and seasonings. Finish with the lemon.
Add bread to a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment. Brush each one with butter.
Top with cheese, shrimp, diced tomatoes, and the rest of the butter.
Bake at 425-degrees for 8 minutes. Cut into 4 slices. Enjoy!
