Scrambled egg slider sandwiches are made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, fluffy scrambled eggs, and sharp cheddar cheese, then baked. These breakfast sandwiches are great for morning or afternoon brunch.

Add 8 eggs, 1/2 cup whole milk, and salt & pepper to a bowl.
Whisk together with a fork to break up the yolks.
Add the eggs to a medium pan with olive oil.
Scrape the eggs from the bottom up. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
Split the rolls. Place the bottom buns in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese.
Add the cooked scrambled eggs over the cheese.
Add the rest of the cheese over the top of the scrambled eggs.
Place the top buns on top.
Add 1 TBS everything bagel seasoning to 1 cup melted butter.
Pour over the top of the buns.
Bake covered at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
