These salmon soft tacos have blackened flaky salmon, fresh tomatoes, red onions, creamy avocado ranch, and soft tortillas. This meal was giving me ALL the warm weather feels.
1 pound salmon 2 teaspoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 6-8 flour tortillas 1 large ripe avocado 1/4 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 bunch of fresh parsley 1/4 teaspoon onion powder salt and pepper to taste olive oil
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Season the fillets, drizzle with oil & rub in the seasoning. Sautee for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Make the avocado ranch
Add the ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients combined.
Flake the salmon & add to soft tortillas. Top with avocado ranch, tomatoes, and red onions.
