2 cups cooked chicken shredded 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 4 sub sandwich buns steamed 1-1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese Dressing 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Add the chicken and mushrooms to a pan, bake & then add cheese and bake again.
Build the sandwich
Make the sauce and spread onto steamed buns. Add filling to the buns.
