Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Sandwiches with Mushrooms

2 cups cooked chicken shredded 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 4 sub sandwich buns steamed 1-1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese Dressing 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing

Make the filling
