Rosemary Roasted Cashews in the  Air Fryer

These rosemary roasted cashews are made in the air fryer for an easy snack or addition to a charcuterie board.

Ingredients for Rosemary Cashews

2 pounds cashews 2 Tbs butter 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 4 Tbs rosemary 1 tsp chli powder 1 tsp mustard powder 4 tsp brown sugar

Prep Time 2 minutes

Cook Time 16 minutes

Coat the cashews

Add seasonings to melted butter. Pour over and coat the cashews.

Air frying the nuts

Add to the air fryer basket & cook at 300-degrees for 4 minutes. Stir the nuts and cook for 4 more minutes.

Cool and serve

Let the nuts cool, then serve. Keep in covered container for up to 1 week.
