This easy no-churn pumpkin ice cream is made with just a few ingredients and is the perfect treat for Fall!
2 cups heavy whipping cream 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Prep Time 10 minutes
Freeze Time 6 hours
Mix ingredients (except the sweetened condensed milk) for 5-8 minutes. Add condensed milk & mix for 2 minutes more.
Get ready for the freezer
Mix in crushed graham crackers, add to a loaf pan. Top with more graham crackers.
Add plastic wrap over the top & put into the freezer for 6 hours.
Serve
Scoop ice cream out of the loaf pan with an ice cream scooper. Enjoy!
