Pesto French Fries

Use grated Parmesan in the sauce, not shredded. Using this type will make sure the sauce doesn't come out clumpy.

Tips for pesto fries:

28 ounce bag of frozen French fries

1/4 cup butter melted

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves minced

2 Tbs prepared pesto

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup parmesan-romano for topping

Pesto Fries make a great snack or side for burgers and sandwiches.

Cook fries according to package directions. Mine took 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. In the last 5 minutes, make the pesto sauce.

In a microwave proof dish, melt the butter. To melted butter, add the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.

Add the prepared pesto. Pour in the olive oil. Stir to combine completely.

Take the fries out of the oven & pour the pesto sauce over them. Put back into the oven for 5 minutes.

Take out of the oven and serve individually with more Parmesan cheese sprinkled on it.
