Peach Crostini

Peach crostini is an easy summer appetizer with roasted peaches and cream cheese on crunchy crostini toasts.

Ingredients for crostini with roasted peaches

2 peaches diced 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 loaf French bread 2 tablespoons softened butter 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese fresh basil for garnish

Roast the peaches

Dice the peaches, add syrup, oil, brown sugar, & cayenne. Roast for 35 minutes.

Make the crostini

Slice the bread, spread with butter and bake until crispy.

Assemble & serve

Spread the crostini with whipped cream cheese and peaches. Add basil for garnish.
