Chunky Applesauce Cheesecake

Ingredients for  no bake cheesecake:

Chunky Applesauce Cheesecake

Chunky applesauce cheesecake is a no bake apple cheesecake recipe with layers of graham cracker crust, homemade applesauce, and a creamy spiced filling.

Start by making the homemade chunky applesauce filling. *See full recipe for ingredients & steps.

For the graham cracker crust: crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar.

Pat the cheesecake graham cracker crust into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

Combine the cheesecake filling ingredients into a stand mixer bowl: cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and whipped topping. Mix until combined.

Once the applesauce has cooled, add it to the top of the crust.

Add the cheesecake mixture onto the top of the applesauce. Sprinkle with additional crushed graham crackers on top.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for 4-6 hours. Cut into  8 slices and serve.
