Loaded BBQ  Baked Potatoes

These loaded BBQ baked potatoes are easy to make and packed with flavor. The perfect combination of smoky BBQ sauce, beef, and beans. Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and green onions.


6 large baking potatoes 1 pound ground beef I used 80/20 mix 15.5 ounces chili beans 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon lightly packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon dark molasses 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon Spanish paprika 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese 1/4 cup green onions chopped 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup butter melted 2 tablespoons sea salt

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 55 minutes


Cook the potatoes


Potatoes can be cooked on the grill, in the Instant Pot, or in the microwave.

Make the sauce


Mix together the simple ingredients for the homemade BBQ sauce.

Cook the beef and beans


Brown the beef, add the beans, and the BBQ sauce.

Top and serve
