6 large baking potatoes 1 pound ground beef I used 80/20 mix 15.5 ounces chili beans 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon lightly packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon dark molasses 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon Spanish paprika 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese 1/4 cup green onions chopped 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup butter melted 2 tablespoons sea salt
