Hamburger Stroganoff

This easy-to-make hamburger stroganoff is full of flavor and perfect for a midweek meal. With its creamy sauce, savory ground beef, and hearty egg noodles, it's sure to become a family favorite.


3 ounces wide egg noodles cooked according to package directions and drained 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained of grease 2 tablespoon butter 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 1 medium yellow onion diced 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup beef broth 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup sour cream salt & pepper to taste

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 15 minutes


Sautee mushrooms


In a medium pan cook the mushrooms and onions in butter over medium heat. Add spices.

Assemble the Dish


Add the broth and flour and simmer. Pour in cooked noodles and beef. Add cream cheese and sour cream.

Stir and Serve


Stir until the cream cheese melts. Eat immediately with a side of vegetables and fresh bread.
