These ground pork burgers are topped with melted cheese and caramelized onions. The perfect easy meal for burger night!
Ground pork is mixed with simple seasonings and then fried on the stovetop. I like to cook them 'smash burger' style.
Once they are cooked through, top with Muenster or Gouda cheese.
Serve on a brioche bun with Dijon mustard and some caramelized onions on top. Enjoy!
