8 hot dogs 8 slices bacon 8 hot dog buns 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 garlic clove, minced or 1 Tsp already peeled garlic 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper cheese, jalapenos, and green onions for topping

Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs

Hot dogs wrapped in bacon and topped with a mayo and garlic aioli is a simple baked hot dog recipe.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees & add aluminum foil to a baking sheet.

Wrap the bacon around the hot dogs and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 12-18 minutes. Depending on how crispy you want it.

Put the hot dogs under the broiler to crisp it up, about 1 minute.

Mix together the mayo, garlic, salt & pepper, and lemon juice.

Top with the aioli, cheese, green onions, and jalapenos.
