Egg and Cheese Slider Sandwiches

These delicious egg and cheese sliders are made with fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and slider buns. Enjoy them as a quick breakfast or brunch to start your day off right.

Ingredients

8 medium eggs cracked and shells discarded 1/2 cup whole milk 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon olive oil 12 Hawaiian slider dinner rolls split in half 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup unsalted butter melted 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Cook the eggs

Mix the eggs with milk & seasoning, then scramble

Assemble the sandwiches

Layer the slider buns with shredded cheese, the eggs, and the top buns.

Add melted butter

Melt butter and stir in everything bagel seasoning. Pour over the top of the sandwiches.

Bake

Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
