This easy pierogi casserole has potato-filled dumplings coated with a diced ham and cheese sauce then baked.

Boil the pierogi for 8-10 minutes. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the diced ham.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir it together.

Add 1 cup of milk, then let simmer. Add the cheese then let thicken for 3 minutes.
