Easy Mexican Pizza

Tips for making spicy ranch sauce:

Add the chipotle peppers one at a time then taste test to make sure that it isn't too spicy for your liking.

Ingredients for  tortilla pizzas:

4 burrito sized flour tortillas 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese 1 pound ground hamburger 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon black pepper chopped tomato and green onions 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 bunch parsley salt and pepper to taste 2 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Easy Mexican Pizza

This easy Mexican pizza has a homemade spicy ranch sauce and is baked in the oven until crispy. The perfect meal for two.

Add the chipotle ranch ingredients to a food processor bowl.

Pulse until smooth.

Bake two tortillas at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Then spread half the chipotle ranch on top.

Add half of the ground beef to the top of the ranch sauce.

Place another flour tortilla on top.

Sprinkle the top tortilla with cheese, chopped tomatoes, and diced green onions.

Duplicate the previous directions for the second pizza.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut each pizza into 4 slices.
