This easy Mexican pizza has a homemade spicy ranch sauce and is baked in the oven until crispy. The perfect meal for two.

Add the chipotle ranch ingredients to a food processor bowl.
Pulse until smooth.
Bake two tortillas at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Then spread half the chipotle ranch on top.
Add half of the ground beef to the top of the ranch sauce.
Place another flour tortilla on top.
Sprinkle the top tortilla with cheese, chopped tomatoes, and diced green onions.
Duplicate the previous directions for the second pizza.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut each pizza into 4 slices.
