Cook the ground beef in a large pot. Drain the grease then add the beef back to the pot.
Drain and rinse the cannellini beans and add them to the pot.
Drain and rinse the kidney beans and add them to the pot.
Open the rest of the cans and add them to the pot. Add 1 can of water to the chili base.
Put a lid on it and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with sharp cheddar cheese and crackers.
