Easy Chicken Tacos with Pico de Gallo and Buffalo Ranch

These easy chicken soft tacos have seasoned chicken, a simple buffalo ranch, and fresh pico de gallo on top. The perfect quick meal for taco Tuesday.

Ingredients

8 flour tortillas, fajita size 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded thin 2 tablespoons creole seasoning 2 tablespoons avocado oil or vegetable oil 1 cup Cotija cheese crumbled Pico de gallo Buffalo Ranch

Cook Time 10 minutes

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook the chicken

Season and cook the chicken in oil in a sauté pan for 4-6 minutes each side.

Make the sauce

Mix together the buffalo sauce and ranch together.

Make the pico de gallo

Add the ingredients to a food processor, pulse, then strain the liquid.

Assemble the tacos

Add the chicken to flour tortillas and top with the pic, sauce, and cheese. Enjoy!
