This easy cheesy turkey burger is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It has a ranch dressing with pickle juice for the top.

For the burger, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese & seasonings together in a bowl and seperate it into 4 patties.

Add the oil and butter to a cast-iron pan and turn the stove to medium heat. Let the butter melt, and the skillet heat up.

Once the pan is heated, add the burgers making sure not to let them touch.

Cook 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature is 165 degrees.

For the dill pickle juice ranch, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch powder, and pickle juice.

Stir to combine.

Add the burger to a bun with the ranch, sliced tomato, and pickles.
