1 box Jiffy pizza crust 1/2 cup lukewarm water 5 ounces pancetta diced 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup shredded parmesan 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 cup dill pickles dried and diced 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Cook the pancetta, then remove from pan, reserve 1 tsp grease
Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter & whisk in flour, milk, seasonings, & parmesan.
Top the pre-cooked crust with sauce, cheese, pancetta, pickles, and seasonings
Bake and serve
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Slice into 8 slices, enjoy!
