Gather the ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the mayo, cheese & half the can of cream of chicken.
Add the herbed stuffing mix to another bowl.
Dip each side of the chicken pieces into the mayo/soup mixture.
Coat on each side with the stuffing mixture.
Place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the top of the chicken.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Mix the rest of the cream of chicken with 1/4 cup milk, heat & serve with the chicken.
