Crunchy Herbed Chicken Strips

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins 1 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup halved 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese 1 6 ounces stuffing mix I used chicken flavor 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup whole milk

Crunchy Chicken Strips

These crunchy baked chicken strips are coated with a creamy mayonnaise mixture and herbed stuffing mix. Serve with easy homemade chicken gravy.

Gather the ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the mayo, cheese & half the can of cream of chicken.

Add the herbed stuffing mix to another bowl.

Dip each side of the  chicken pieces into  the mayo/soup mixture.

Coat on each side with  the stuffing mixture.

Place on a baking sheet  covered in parchment paper.

Pour 1/4 cup melted butter  over the top of the chicken.

Bake at 375 degrees  for 25 minutes.

Mix the rest of the cream of chicken with 1/4 cup milk,  heat & serve with the chicken.
