6 thinly sliced pork chops 2 eggs 1 sleeve saltine crackers 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Cook Time 6 minutes
Let the pork chops and eggs sit out on the counter for 10 minutes before cooking.
Dip the pork chops in the eggs and spices, then cover each side with the crackers.
Fry in a pan with oil for 3 minutes, flip then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and creamed corn.
