Ground beef noodles with mushrooms, and cream cheese, and sour cream stroganoff base. Makes an easy comfort food dinner.

Cook the noodles to pkg directions. Cook the ground beef, then remove it from the pan. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and onions.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with flour. Add beef broth and seasonings. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese to the mushrooms and broth. Stir until melted. Drain the egg noodles.
Add the noodles and ground beef to the pan. Then add the sour cream.
Stir everything to combine and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a side of bread. Enjoy!
