12 corn tortillas 1 medium chicken breast cooked and shredded 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sour cream 2 tablespoons cream cheese 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon jalapenos chopped 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped 1/2 cup Mexican style cheese 1 cup sweet corn 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder oil for frying

Add the filling ingredients to a bowl & mix together. Prepare the corn tortillas, three at a time.
Fry
Add the filling to the tortilla and roll up. Fry in batches in oil for 2 minutes each side.
Serve immediately with a side of guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
