2 large chicken breasts 7 ounces chipotle salsa 1/2 cup water 4 ounces cream cheese (optional)

Cook Time 10 minutes
Add ingeredients to pressure cooker. Set 'manual' cook for 10 minutes. Naturally release pressure.
Slice the chicken breasts and serve in a burrito bowl or on salad.
Shred the chicken and add back to the liquid in the Instant Pot.
Add cream cheese
Want it creamy? Add cream cheese and let it melt.
Shredded regular or creamy chicken is great in tacos or burritos.
