Chili Mac and Cheese

This chili mac and cheese is made with ground beef, chili, chili beans, shells pasta, and lots of cheese. The perfect easy meal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients for Chili Pasta Shells and Cheese

1 pound of ground beef 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 garlic cloves minced 8 ounces of medium pasta shells 15.5 ounces of chili beans 15.5-ounce chili no beans 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar 2 stalks of green onions diced tortilla chips for serving

Make the chili beef

Brown ground beef & add the seasonings. Then add the tomatoes, chili beans, & chili no beans

Add the pasta & toppings

Sprinkle with cheese & let melt. Add the cooked and drained pasta. Top with cheese & onions.

Melt cheese & serve

Let the cheese melt for 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
