Cook Time 20 minutes
Brown ground beef & add the seasonings. Then add the tomatoes, chili beans, & chili no beans
Add the pasta & toppings
Sprinkle with cheese & let melt. Add the cooked and drained pasta. Top with cheese & onions.
Let the cheese melt for 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
