Cherry Limeade Pie

Set aside enough time to let the pie set up in the refrigerator. You need a minimum of 4 hours, ideally 6 hours.

Tips for making a no bake pie:


1 1/4 cup pretzels, crushed 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup sugar 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk 1 juice of lime (or 1 tbs lime juice) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Cherry Limeade 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

This cherry limeade pretzel pie has a citrus filling and a crisp, salty pie crust.

Add pretzels to a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush the pieces.

Melt 1/2 cup butter then add the pretzels, sugar, and melted butter to a greased pie plate.

Mix it all together and form the crust on the bottom and around the sides of the pie plate.

In a separate bowl, combine everything BUT the whipped topping. Using a mixer, combine the ingredients.

Using a spoon or spatula fold in the whipped topping.

Pour the cherry limeade filling into the pretzel crust. Refrigerate for  4-6 hours.

Before serving, zest lime over the top and add a cherry for presentation.
