1 box Jello-O No Bake Cheesecake Strawberry 2 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons butter, melted 1-1/2 cup cold milk PLUS 2 tablespoons 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
This black bottom strawberry no-bake cheesecake has a thick layer of chocolate, an easy cheesecake filling, and a sweet strawberry topping.
Less than 1 minutes
In a microwave-safe 8-inch pie plate, add the butter and melt for 30 seconds.
Stir the butter with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Spread the crust around the bottom & sides.
Add the filling mix and milk. Beat until thickened for about 4 minutes.
The filling should be thick and stable, not thin.
In a microwave-proof dish, add chocolate chips & 2 tablespoons of milk. Melt in 45-second sessions.
Repeat until all chocolate is melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into the crust.
Gently spread the chocolate into a thick layer at the bottom of the crust.
Add the cheesecake filling to the top of the chocolate layer. Refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
