Barbecue Sauce Pizza

Tips for using pork on pizza recipes:

Use shredded pork from any cut of meat like tenderloin, ribs, or even pork that was made in the smoker.

2 cup cooked pulled pork shredded 13.8 ounce packaged pizza crust 8 ounces mozzerella shredded cheese 1/2 cup parmesan shredded cheese 1 cup BBQ Sauce 1/2 cup chopped red onions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay a pre-made rectangle pizza crust on parchment paper on a large baking sheet.

Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the top of the crust.

Next, layer the pulled/chopped pork over the sauce.

Sprinkle on the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Then layer the shredded parmesan cheese.

Finally, top with diced red onions.

Bake in the oven for 22 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Cut into 12 pieces and serve with a side of ranch dipping sauce.
