4 pounds chicken wings, I used fresh 2 Tbs oil 1 Tbs Spanish paprika 1 Tbs brown sugar 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp coarse kosher salt 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp cumin 4 Tbs butter, melted
These baked chicken wings are coasted with a sweet and smoky dry rub then baked until crispy.

Mix together the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
Add the fresh chicken wings to a bowl and drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle the wings with the dry rub over the top.
Then rub the seasoning on the chicken pieces.
Lay the wings on a baking rack on top of a aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
Put in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Take the baked wings out of the oven and toss to coat with 4 tablespoons melted butter.
Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side. Enjoy!
