This Autumn baked granola has crunchy clusters, warm fall spices, walnuts, and dried cranberries throughout.

In a bowl, mix the oil, honey, salt, pumpkin spice, cinnamon & turmeric. Stir to combine.
To the liquid, add the oats. Stir to combine completely.
To a parchment paper lined 9x13" baking sheet, spread the oat mixture into a thin layer.
Bake for 10 minutes in a 300-degree oven. Take out & stir, level back out, & bake for 10 more minutes.
Let cool and break larger pieces into small bite-sized pieces.
Once the granola has cooled completely, add the dried cranberries & walnuts.
Serve with milk or yogurt. Store in an air tight container and enjoy for up to 5 days.
