Using an air fryer is the easiest way to make crispy potato wedges.
To a small dish, add the chili powder, cayenne, sugar, salt & pepper, garlic & onion powder, and Spanish paprika. Stir to combine.
Drain the water and rinse the potato slices. Using a coupe of paper towels, dry off the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil.
Return the basket and cook for another 6 minutes. The time may need to be adjusted depending on the thickness of the cut.
